Warranty

The Scepter salt water cell is covered by a 6 month NZ replacement Warranty.

Warranty claims are no hassle but requires that you contact us to obtain and complete a Return Authorisation Form before you return your cell to Spa Pool Wizard Down under for assessment. 

All Warranty times starts 2 weeks after the original shipping date from Spa Pool Wizard Down Under.

If you have a Scepter Salt Cell Failure after the 6 month NZ warranty period, and you purchased the cell within 12 months of notifying us, the cell may be replaced at the US based manufacturers discretion.

Most problems can be addressed over the phone or via email. 

In the event that we find that a returned cell is defective, a new one will be sent to you in 1-3 business days after receipt of your defective unit.
